Amy Winehouse has damaged her lungs because of how much she has smoked cigarettes and crack cocaine. Her father released the news earlier this week. She also has an irregular heartbeat. Doctors told her that she will be forced to wear an oxygen mask if she doesn’t stop smoking.

“The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs, it won’t just ruin her voice, it will kill her,” Mitch Winehouse was quoted as saying. “There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She has 70 percent lung capacity.”

Jennifer Lopez graciously celebrated a graduation for eight autistic children who were graduating from P.S. 37. The children go to school at Staten Island’s Great Kills. During the graduation the children performed “Let’s Get Loud” – one of the songs that she does.

Britney Spears was ordered by a judge this week to undergo a few psychological tests before her hearing on July 31st. The hearing will decide whether or not she will be able to control her assets and medical care.

One of the conservators overseeing the 26-year-old performer’s personal and financial affairs is her father, James. He was named co-conservator of her estate Feb. 1, after she was twice hospitalized in a psychiatric facility.

Amy Winehouse is still in the hospital and undergoing many tests. Her father rushed her to the hospital after she fainted at her home on Monday.

“She’s staying there for the time being,” the spokesman said. “They are still not quite sure what happened and the tests were inconclusive.”

Billy Ray Cyrus - father of the pop singer sensation Miley Ray Cyrus – is speaking more about the photo scandal that his daughter was involved with and that was used in the Vanity Fair magazine.

“I didn’t know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” said Cyrus said. Of the seemingly topless shot of his 15-year-old superstar daughter, the country singer said, “I was surprised when I saw it … but, hey, that’s life. Stuff happens.”

The British group Coldplay has returned to the stage last night in front of the sold out crowd at the Brixton Academy. This is only the first of three of their 3 free shows that they will be playing at. They will also stop in New York and Spain.

Viva La Vida is the name of their new album recently released, and the band did not disappoint, playing many songs from the new disc. The band is also fighting back against claims that they copied lyrics from another band.

Grammy winner Kanye West made fans angry when he showed up to his performance two hours late Sunday morning. The show was scheduled to start at 8:15 p.m. – but he wanted to make the ‘Glow in the Dark’ show be much more magical by waiting. Fans were tired when he finally made it and started to boo him and shout out insults like “Kanye sucks”.

Fans to the teen idol Miley Cyrus were shocked earlier this year after a controversial photo shoot with Vanity Fair raised some eyebrows and caused concern among parents. The picture showed Cyrus sitting in bed with only a sheet covering the front of her and her back exposed in what seems to be a very risqué picture. Before that pictures surfaced on the internet of her posing in a very inappropriate manner.

Snoop Dogg’s wife has gotten herself into a bit of trouble when she was arrested in Orange County, California for allegedly driving while intoxicated. The Fullerton police arrested Shante Broadus Saturday and took her to jail.

Broadus and Snoop Dogg - whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr. - were married in 1997 and have three children. Snoop Dogg is scheduled to play Seattle’s Showbox SoDo on Wednesday.

Mariah Carey secretly married actor and rapper Nick Cannon and up until now was planning on throwing a second wedding ceremony that was going to be mainly for her friends. This week she has cancelled those plans.

Carey and her husband reportedly wanted to spend millions of dollars on the ceremony and make up for it by selling pictures to magazines but no publication was interested.
