Foundation’s World Hunger Relief Campaign. Starting September 25th Mariah will be using her voice to encourage her fans from around the world to pick up a coded card at one of the 36,000 restaurants belonging to Yum.

This week it seems that her father is next to receive a verbal beating from the flailing actress/singer. She referred to Michael as a “public embarrassment” and a “bully”. Britney Spears has decided to refrain from performing at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. “Contrary to media reports, Britney was never slated to perform on this year’s VMAs,” Larry Rudolph, Spears’ manager at Jive Records, said in a statement. “She’s in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and her focus remains on the studio.”

Lindsay Lohan is angry over the rumors and spoke against the media on her blog where she defended her sister and said that her mom would never allow her to go through a surgery like that.
Vanessa Hudgens is being sued for $5 million by a music producer stating that the actress and her father have violated the contract that they agreed upon and did not pay him the share of earnings that is owed to him.
Hudgens is one of the main actress from Disney’s “High School Musical” and is quickly becoming a pop sensation. She entered into the agreement with Johnny Vieria when she was a minor. Hudgens and her father - Greg - sued Vieira to get out of the agreement - but did not abide by the settlement terms.
Clay Aiken is happy to announce to the world that he is a proud father. The 29 year old “American Idol” runner-up welcomed Parker Foster Aiken into the world and shared the news with his fans on his blog. “No hyphens. One first name,” he wrote. “One middle name. One last name.”
The mother of baby Parker is Jaymes Foster - a friend and record producer that he met while he was performing on “Idol”. The couple’s son was born Friday at 8:08 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces.
Madonna will be performing in her home state - something that she hasn’t done in seven years. She will arrive at Ford Field November 18th. The city is the home to the Detroit Lions and has seen other big musicians like Eminem who also hails from the city.
Details on ticket sales for the Madonna show will be announced next week. The Detroit Free Press reports it would be Madonna’s first concert in the state since 2001, when she performed two shows at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
