Lindsay Lohan is once again using her blog to lash out at the people that really make her angry. This week it seems that her father is next to receive a verbal beating from the flailing actress/singer. She referred to Michael as a “public embarrassment” and a “bully”. So where is all this hurt and frustration coming from?

Michael was interviewed by E! where he was asked about what he thinks of Lohan’s relationship with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson. He told them point blank that Ronson is “using” his daughter.

Britney Spears Declines To Perform On VMA’a

Britney Spears has decided to refrain from performing at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. “Contrary to media reports, Britney was never slated to perform on this year’s VMAs,” Larry Rudolph, Spears’ manager at Jive Records, said in a statement. “She’s in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and her focus remains on the studio.”

LeRoi Moore From Dave Matthews Band Died

LeRoi Moore - the saxophonist from the Dave Matthews Band - died Tuesday from complications of injuries that he suffered during an accident. He was only 46 years old.

Moore died at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was admitted with complications that arose weeks after the June 30 wreck, according to a statement on the band’s Web site. It did not specify what led to his death, and nursing supervisor Galina Shinder said the hospital could not release details.

According to a reliable source he was listening to music (a little loud) from the new record that hasn’t been released yet and a few bystanders were listening in on them. This is the largest amount that any celebrity has had to pay out during a divorce (at least in British history). Vanessa Hudgens Sued For $5 Million

Vanessa Hudgens is being sued for $5 million by a music producer stating that the actress and her father have violated the contract that they agreed upon and did not pay him the share of earnings that is owed to him.

Hudgens is one of the main actress from Disney’s “High School Musical” and is quickly becoming a pop sensation. She entered into the agreement with Johnny Vieria when she was a minor. Hudgens and her father - Greg - sued Vieira to get out of the agreement - but did not abide by the settlement terms.

Clay Aiken is happy to announce to the world that he is a proud father. The 29 year old “American Idol” runner-up welcomed Parker Foster Aiken into the world and shared the news with his fans on his blog. “No hyphens. One first name,” he wrote. “One middle name. One last name.”

The mother of baby Parker is Jaymes Foster - a friend and record producer that he met while he was performing on “Idol”. The couple’s son was born Friday at 8:08 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces.

This is her 5th #1 song to hit the digital chart becoming the first artist to reach it this many times since the chart began in 2004. Rihanna, 20, first topped the chart in 2005 with “Pon De Replay” and has returned to the top spot with “SOS,” “Umbrella” (featuring Jay-Z), “Take A Bow” and now this hit.
